- All travel expenses (e.g., flights, fuel, tolls, parking) and accommodation costs must be provided by the client if the event is outside the city or requires overnight stays.
- For events requiring travel over long distances (more than 100km one way), a per diem allowance will be charged to cover meals and incidental expenses.
- If international travel is required, the client is responsible for covering visa fees, travel insurance, and any related documentation costs.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that Bliss Studios has access to the event venue and schedule to carry out services effectively.
- Any delays caused by the client, event staff, or guests may affect the quality or quantity of footage delivered. Bliss Studios cannot be held responsible for missed shots caused by such delays.
- The client must communicate any special requests, key moments, or important family members/friends that require particular focus during the event. A shot list is recommended to ensure all priorities are captured.
- The client must secure necessary permissions for photography at the venue. Bliss Studios will not be liable for restrictions imposed by the venue or staff.
- Bliss Studios will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the best possible service. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, or emergencies), liability is limited to a refund of the amounts paid.
- Bliss Studios will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss (e.g., emotional distress, missed moments) resulting from service delays or issues.
- Clients must ensure the safety of photographers and their equipment during the event. Any damage caused to equipment due to guest negligence or venue hazards will be billed to the client.
- If Bliss Studios is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the contract may be terminated or rescheduled without liability.
- In the case of force majeure, Bliss Studios will work with the client to reschedule the event or refund amounts paid, minus any expenses already incurred.
- The agreed photography package includes a set number of hours. Any additional hours requested on the day of the event will be charged at a pre-agreed hourly rate.
- Overtime fees must be settled on the day of the event or will be added to the final balance.
By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the client and Bliss Studios.
