Edited photos and videos will be delivered within 10-12 weeks of the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Large-scale events or custom editing requests may require additional delivery time, which will be communicated in advance.
Final deliverables will include carefully edited photos and videos, chosen at the discretion of Bliss Studios to ensure quality and consistency. The number of photos delivered depends on the event package chosen.
Raw, unedited footage will not be provided under any circumstances unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Clients requesting raw files may incur additional fees.
Final images and videos will be delivered via a secure online gallery, external hard drive, or other agreed method. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their files promptly after delivery.
Bliss Studios will retain client files for up to 6 months after delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted. It is the client's responsibility to ensure their files are safely stored.
